Data Management Program
The city produces massive amounts of data every day but doesn’t utilize a majority of this data. The data management program seeks to assist departments to monopolize their data as an asset and create better informed business decisions.
As part of the Data Management program, we have created a Power BI Program for our analysts and advanced the Open Data platform to become more transparent to for our citizens.
