The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) Homicide-Assault Unit is seeking community assistance to identify two persons of interest in an attempted homicide investigation.

On January 21, 2022, at approximately 10:44 P.M., a male patron at the Babilonia Bar and Grill fired shots into the establishment as he was leaving the area in his vehicle. Two female patrons were injured in the incident.

The first person of interest is described as a Hispanic male, aged between 25 to 35-years-old with a medium build, short dark hair with a goatee and mustache, and was seen wearing a dark gray hoodie at the time of the incident.

The second person of interest is described as a Black or Hispanic male, aged 25 to 35-years-old with a heavy build, facial hair, brown eyes, and a dark tattoo on the left side of his neck. At the time of the incident, he was seen wearing a yellow, black, and white Iowa Hawkeyes beanie, a jacket with a black torso and white arms, and faded blue jeans.

Despite an extensive investigation, the identities of these two persons of interest are still unknown. Detectives are now at a stage in their investigation where they are seeking any assistance from the community.
