City Planning Submittal Cycles

As of July 5, 2022, the Planning & Community Development Department implemented submittal review cycles for administrative and public hearing applications.  Deadlines are established on a quarterly basis and can be accessed in the links below.

Pre-Application Meeting Request

The first step in any land use application process is to request a Pre-Application Meeting to speak to a Planner. To schedule a meeting to speak with a planner please fill out the pre-application meeting request by visiting our new online Applications & Reviews system.

Authorization and Affadavits

Following the Pre-Application Meeting, the General Owner and Development Authorization Application is required for all development application submittals along with the applicable checklists and forms below.
